HACC offers ACTI students the opportunity to participate in a dual enrollment program. Designed for high school students looking to expand the options available to them after they graduate.

The Allied Health, Computer Networking, Culinary Arts, and Criminal Justice programs offer ACTI students access to the HACC dual enrollment program.

Harrisburg University offers ACTI students the opportunity to be a college student without ever leaving high school. Courses certified by HU for dual enrollment, once successfully completed, will directly translate to a conditional acceptance to Harrisburg University. Students receive a official university transcript for all courses they complete under the dual enrollment program

Students Occupationally and Academically Ready (SOAR)

All of ACTI’s programs of study are approved for SOAR credit by the Program is a Pennsylvania Department of Education. This certification provides credits for skills and tasks learned at ACTI that can then be applied to a post-secondary degree, diploma or certificate program.

Go to the SOAR Programs search page of collegetransfer.net, select your Program of Study (names on this page may vary slightly from our names; ask your instructor or our Career Consultant if you need help), and Graduation Year. Click Search. This will give you a list of statewide schools that accept SOAR credits.
