The 2024-2025 Fiscal Year ACTI Operating Budget is available for public review.
Joint Operating Committee
Adams County Technical Institute (ACTI) is governed by a Joint Board – all school board members of all participating districts.
Through the Articles of Agreement, the Joint Board has authorized a Joint Operating Committee (JOC) to make most decisions concerning the operation of ACTI. Specific financial decisions outlined in the Articles of Agreement have special approval procedures and must go before the Joint Board.
Each participating district appoints one regular and one alternate JOC member. Current JOC members and alternates are:
- Bermudian Springs SD – Daniel Chubb and Matt Nelson
- Conewago Valley SD – Lindsay Krug and Meredith Miller
- Fairfield Area SD – Jennifer Holz (Chairperson)
- Gettysburg Area SD – Jeremy Davis and Ryan Morris
- Littlestown Area SD – Duane Sullivan (Vice Chairperson and Treasurer) and Brian Lawyer
Notice of Public Meetings
The Joint Operating Committee (JOC) of Adams County Technical Institute will hold its regular public JOC meetings on Wednesday evenings according to the following schedule. All meetings will be held at 5:30 p.m. in the Adams County Technical Institute building, 1126 Old Harrisburg Rd, Gettysburg, PA, 17325. Any member of the public who wishes to submit a public comment may email [email protected] or call 717-398-3178 Ext. 201 by 3:00 p.m. the evening of the meeting.
